你抱怨吗?Complain

By 陈明辉 请停止抱怨 抱怨常是最消耗能量的无意义举动。有时候,我们的抱怨不仅会针对人,也会针对不同的生活情景,表示我们的不满,而且如果找不到人倾听我们的抱怨,我们就会在脑海里抱怨给自己听。为了自己心灵健康的缘故,我奉劝你要停止抱怨。也许我们可以常这样想,天下只有三种事:我的事,他人的事,上帝的事。抱怨自己的人,应该试着学习接纳自己;抱怨他人的人,应该试着把抱怨转成请求;抱怨上帝的人,请试着用祷告的方式来向神乞求。这样一来,你的生活会有想像不到的大转变,你的人生也会更加的美好、圆满,所以要停止抱怨。那么,要如何无用的克服抱怨? 要承认抱怨是自己的问题 要承认那是我自己的问题,不是别人的... >Full Story
