走出情绪低潮 Overcome Depress

By 李良达 世事难料,所以人生在世有时候难免会遇到心情郁闷、苦闷、很郁卒的时刻,这时候若是能设法将心情放轻松,一定会使自己早一点走出低潮,所以即使在这样的时刻,更要使心情能够放轻松。 人在心情郁闷的时候,会有一些典型的心理状态,比如说这时候往往脾气会比较暴躁些,很容易动怒、发脾气;又比如说,这时候心情也很容易往下沉,甚至整个意志都很消沉,做任何事都不带劲;再比如说,这时候你会感到很紧张、防卫心很重,不容易敞开自己;这些状况都是很不容易放轻松的状况,所以说要想在这种时候将心情放轻松,真是谈何容易。 问题是这虽然不容易,并不表示一定做不到,而且,越是不容易,越表示说,如果你能做到,一定很有... >Full Story
